Webinar: What It Takes to Keep Employers Engaged

Join Dr. Michelle Cheang, Director of Catalyze, and Stephanie Bothun, Chief Operating Officer at CareerWise, for a virtual conversation about how early, sector-wide employer engagement can strengthen career-connected learning and build a more sustainable talent pipeline.

Strong talent pipelines develop when employers engage consistently and collaboratively to help young people connect learning with careers.

During this webinar, Dr. Michelle Cheang and Stephanie Bothun will be joined by an apprentice who will offer a firsthand account of what career-connected learning has made possible. Healthcare and advanced manufacturing employers with K-12 partnerships will then share a practical look at how they’ve structured and invested in these partnerships, what they’ve gained from them, and how they’ve engaged other employers across their sectors.

Attendees will leave with concrete strategies for building employer partnerships across their own sector, a clearer answer to why starting in K-12 pays off, and examples of how other employers were successfully brought on board.
